Welcome to Villages Association No. Two
The Villages Number Two is a collection of 295 single family homes located in the center of Temecula just off of Rancho California Road. There are common areas slopes and two parks within the development, all maintained by the city. The Villages prides itself in being a well maintained, family oriented community with a low crime rate and active community members. Originally developed in 1988. In addition to a five person Board of Directors, the community is governed by an Architectural Committee. The Board and the Architectural Committee is comprised of homeowner volunteers, assisted by The Avalon Management Group, a local professional management company.
