INTRODUCING NEW PAINT COLOR SCHEMES FOR THE VILLAGES ASSOCIATION NO. 2 COMMUNITY​

Dear Villages Association #2:

We are thrilled to announce a wonderful update that will enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of our community. After careful consideration and collaboration, the Board of Directors is excited to introduce 20 new paint color schemes added to the existing 7 schemes for our community.

Over the past few months, our architectural committee, along with the Board, has been working diligently to select colors that will not only elevate the visual appeal of our community but also create a harmonious and welcoming environment.

Painting Information:
All painting projects still require Architectural approval- Did you know homeowners can now submit Home Improvement Applications through our online portal? To submit an application for your proposed home improvement project, login to your account by going to https://www.villagestwo.com and clicking the “Log on” icon. After logging into your account click “My Items”, then “Submit a Request", then “ARC Request”. On the ARC request page, be sure to complete the PDF application and then you are all set to submit the form for review. After submission of the application expect a response regarding application completeness via email within 2-4 business days.

If you just need a touch up to a specific section of the home you may still use your current color.

How to access paint colors- Go to the Villages Association 2 website at Villagestwo.com, under INFO click on Find Your Paint Colors.

Important Notice Regarding Assessment Coupon Books

​This message is for those residents that pay using the annual coupon book.  This does not affect anyone already using auto-debit/ACH, their bank's bill pay service, or through PayLease/Zego. 
 
All coupon books were ordered on December 4th, however due to Covid the supplier of the coupon books has had to operate with fewer staff members than needed.  In addition, due to both the holidays and Covid affecting the post office, what would normally take 3-5 business days to deliver the mail is now taking 2-3 weeks. 
 
Remember most communities allow until the 15th of the month before a payment is considered late.


If you would like to mail in your payment before you receive a coupon book you can mail it to the bank:

Pay Online.
 
You may also sign up to pay online by clicking the “My Account” Icon, then Log On, then Login.   Please be aware that before you can sign up for automatic payment, your account must have a zero balance.  Please make any balance due payments by check, and then come back and sign up for auto-draft.  You can make a one-time payment online, but there are small fees charged by the third party provider that processes credit and debit cards for the Association.
 
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we appreciate your understanding while we all deal with the effects of Covid 19.
